India is now in the fourth position after the US, Brazil, and Russia.

Meanwhile, addressing an event yesterday, PM Modi said the nation would turn the COVID-1 crisis into an opportunity to become self-reliant and reduce dependence on imports.

“India will turn this COVID-19 crisis into an opportunity. It has taught India to be self-reliant. India will reduce its dependence on imports. To make India self-reliant in the energy sector, a major step is being taken today,” PM Modi said at the event to launch the auction of 41 coal mines for commercial mining.

Tablighi Jamaat

Around 8 British Muslims, detained in India, were held on criminal charges for violating Coronavirus lockdown rules.

They were caught up in a court case that also had thousands of many other foreign Muslims held for the same cause.

More than 2,500 foreign Muslims of more than 35 countries are being charged in this case.

“We haven’t done anything wrong. We don’t deserve to be treated like this,” says one of the persons held.

While, the Indian Government is ready to deport all of them if they accept violating visa guidelines and lockdown rules.

As per the reports, most of these British Muslims traveled to India to attend Tablighi Jamaat.
