The long-awaited CBSE results for 2020 are finally announced!
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the class 12th grade results on July 13, 2020.

As per the results, girls performed better this year with 92.15 pass percentage compared to boys (86.19 percent).
While the pass percentage of transgender students is 66.67 percent.
In total, 88.78 percent of students have passed the CBSE Class XII Exams 2020.
The pass percentage this year has increased by 5.38 percent compared to the previous year.
Around 3.24 percent of students scored more than 95 percent marks.
However, the results of 400 students are not released as they could not be calculated in the decided assessment scheme.
“Coming up with a merit list makes no sense as the results are being calculated on the basis of an evaluation method due to the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic,” a senior official said in a statement.
