India’s premier institutions IITs have announced recruitment of non-teaching staff across various cities.
Applicants were invited for various posts under non-teaching category and online courses across IIT Hyderabad, IIT Jammu and IIT Kharagpur.
Here are some important details of IIT Recruitments 2020 for Non-Teaching staff and Online Courses:
IIT-Hyderabad Welcomes For 152 Vacancies
The IIT-Hyderabad has welcomed applications for 152 posts, of which 78 posts are open for engineers and technicians.
Vacancies and Designations specific for Engineers and Technicians include:
Executive Engineer (Electrical) – 1
Technical Officer Grade-II – 1
Network/Systems Administrator – 2
Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) – 1
Technical Officer Grade-I – 2
Assistant Engineer (Civil) – 3
Assistant Engineer (Electrical) – 1
Junior Engineer (Civil) – 3
Junior Engineer (Electrical) – 2
Junior Technician – 36
Technical Superintendent – 26
There are also other vacancies for Officers in Medical, Sports and Bio-Safety departments, along with Assistant Registrar.
The selected candidates will get a salary of up to Rs. 2,18,200/- based on their qualification and the position they are selected for.

IIT-Jammu
The IIT-Jammu has also welcomed candidates for 39 non-teaching and other positions.
Of this, 26 vacancies are specific for engineers and technicians:

IIT-Kharagpur Invites for Online Courses
Meanwhile, IIT-Kharagpur has invited interested candidates for online courses on cloud computing.
This program, under the Ministry of HRD’s NPTEL scheme, aims to bring quality education to the reach of students aspiring to pursue careers in IITs.
The program will be held for a period 8 weeks and is open for Engineering and PG students from Electronics, Computer Science and Electrical backgrounds.
Enrolment for the course begins on February 24, 2020 and the program will be held during February 24- April 17, 2020.
