Confirming the wide-spread news over Pakistan’s possible terror attacks in India, the Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said the former is planning to carry out another 26/11 like terror attacks in India.
Indian Navy is more capable of striking back, Singh said in his address at the Naval Dockyard during the commissioning ceremony of INS Khanderi submarine in Mumbai on September 28, 2019.
“The truth is that the Indian Navy wants to build confidence and trust in smaller nations in the Indian Ocean. But some powers are conspiring to launch an attack like the 26/11 one in Mumbai along our coastal areas. But their intentions and actions will never succeed,” says the Union Minister.
The Minister’s statements came a day after the terror alert about Pakistani terrorists planning a ‘big attack’ across the Indian coastline.
“We cannot rule out that our neighboring country’s terrorist can carry out a big incident on our coastline which extends from Kutch to Kerala. As a Defense Minister, I would like to assure that our country’s maritime security is absolutely strong and solidified,” read Rajnath’s another statement.
Meanwhile, the Indian intelligence has also reportedly received some inputs that said Pakistan’s terror group is planning some breach across the LoC after the 74th UNGA meeting in New York.
Indian Army on High Alert at LoC
As the sources say, Pakistan Army and 26/11 mastermind Hafiz Saeed’ controlled terror group Jamat-ul-al-Hadis has reportedly trained around 3000-4000 youth in Rawalpindi to plan LoC breach in the first week of October 2019.
As a safety measure, civilian youth from Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (Azadi) and PoK are also being recruited to use them as an opportunity to raise human rights violation issue if Indian security targets them.
In response, the Indian security agencies are closely monitoring the LoC area with advanced surveillance systems deployed at the area.
The Indian security sources have revealed that they have spotted terrorist teams alongside Pakistan Army at 32 locations.
The Pakistan Army is now apparently hiding terrorists in defense bunkers near LoC and are also most likely to deploy Border Action Teams along LoC in the coming days.
