Chennai Super Kings captain MS Dhoni has come to limelight with yet another achievement by becoming the second-wicket keeper who claimed 100 catches in IPL. Dhoni reached this milestone in the match while playing alongside Kings XI Punjab in Dubai.

MS Dhoni completed this in the 18th over of KXIP innings while Shardul Thakur bowled a wide one to KL Rahul and Dhoni showed his deft footwork while trying to hold on a sharp catch.

Dhoni is the second wicket-keeper after Kolkata Knight Riders Captain Dinesh Karthik took 100 catches in the IPL. Karthik stands at the top of the list with 103 catches throughout 186 matches.

Karthik has 133 catches in IPL by any cricketer in the T20 league with 30 catches as a fielder. Dhoni tops the chart with maximum dismissals as a wicket-keeper in the IPL. With the CSK captain holding 139 dismissals, 39 of those were stumpings with Karthik being on 133.

Robin Uthappa stands at 3rd on the list with around 90 dismissals as a keeper. After opting for first batting chance at KXIP, Robin Utthapa posted 178 for four while on 63-run innings from their captain KL Rahul.
