Resonance Consultancy Limited, a Vancouver-based company that specializes in destination development, branding, marketing, tourism, and travel reports, released the list of World’s Best Cities for 2021.
Delhi, the national capital of India, is the only Indian city to bag a position among the 100 best cities across the world.
Delhi stood at the 62nd position in the list of the world’s best cities for 2021, a significant improvement from the 81st position last year.
Celebrating the achievement, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal tweeted, “Such good news for all Dilliwalas. All Dilliwalas have worked so hard in the last six years to make it happen. The world is noticing the positive changes happening in Delhi.”
Apart from Delhi, the other cities that have been placed on the list include Amsterdam, San Francisco, Washington DC, Rome, Toronto, Abu Dhabi, Prague, and St Petersburg.
